A full-service pharmacy in the hospital’s south wing, open to the whole county.
Community Pharmacy sits in the hospital's south wing and is open to everyone in the county, not only to patients of the Authority. It fills prescriptions, stocks over-the-counter medicines and durable medical supplies, and runs the immunisation schedule for both clinics.
The pharmacist also reviews medications for nursing home residents and will sit down with anyone who wants to go through what they are taking — looking for interactions, duplicates and cheaper equivalents.
