Ask us somethingDo I need a referral to be seen at the clinic?
No. Community Clinic of Beaver and Community Clinic of Turpin both accept walk-ins and direct appointments. A referral is only needed for certain specialist and telemedicine visits, and our staff will tell you when that applies.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid (SoonerCare) and most major commercial plans. If you are uninsured, ask about financial assistance when you check in — nobody is turned away from the emergency room.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and doses, and the name of any provider you would like your results sent to. If you are bringing a family member for a long-term care assessment, bring their advance directive if one exists.
How do I get a copy of my medical records?
Submit a records request through the patient portal, or call (580) 625-4551 and ask for Health Information Management. Standard requests are fulfilled within five business days.
